af was due yesterday and didnt come so i tested in the afternoon only to get a BFN.i was so gutted,this month more so as ive had soooo many symptoms.normally dh just says dont worry it will happen.Last nite he said the same but when we got into bed he said how much he really wants a baby and i nearly broke down in tears.after 15 months i think its getting to him aswell now and its making it even worse for me.Now im just praying it was still to early to test

it could also be that you needed to use fmu. so leave it a couple more days and then test again and use fmu with a good test. xx

So sorry to hear that I_want_one. I can totally relate after 17 months of trying for no 2 and still no joy. My DH doesn't talk about it - I think he copes by denial lol I'm on 9 days DPO this cycle but getting all the usual AF signs. When will it ever happen?!
If AF hasn't shown up for you though, there's always a chance. Try again tomoro in case your levels weren't high enough. Everything crossed for you xxx

That's really positive - something to set your sights on. I've had all the routine tests, and hubby too, and nothing abnormal found. Fell quite quickly with no1 and never thought there would be a problem this time around. BTW it really p's me off when people tell you to 'stop thinking about it' - yeah right, as if!

That happened to me a month or so back. Except it wasn't my DH who said it, it was my dad. He was driving me somewhere in his car and we were talking about my m/c and he said

"I know I haven't always been the best dad when you guys were little (me and my brother he meant), always telling you kids to be quiet and stuff. But I was really looking forward to being a grandad."

Well... that was it, I can't remember ever crying so much since me and my ex split up god knows how long ago! It wouldn't stop. Then my Dad felt bad haha, but I wasn't exactly sad... it's hard to explain. I was kind of... proud that my Dad really does care about me (we've had alot of family issues throughout my life), and that he wants to make it up to me in a way by being an extraly good grandad

Just keep your chin up babe, I know it's hard and I know the last thing you want to hear is "chill out and it wil happen" I hate people saynig that to me. But I think they're right. As hard as it is to relax, I think it takes some of the pressure off of us

What sort of test did you use? I've always found the superdrug early tests pretty good as they show up at a really low concentration. I never really had much joy with 1st response and most of the others detect at higher concentrations.
