Hi Everyone,
I am looking for others to talk to who might have an experience close to mine. I am a type II diabetic and I went into preterm labor with our first child at 16 weeks and 2 days on Nov 17, 2013. We were absolutely heart broken, I still feel like I failed my son because I could not save him. Being caught up in the hormones, but wanted to get pregnant fast. We have been trying since November with no luck. Being that I have no patience and after trying everything it was off to the reproductive endocrinologist to speed up the process and find out what the problem is. Come to find out during my current cycle I failed to ovulate. The Rx for this problem in my case a round of progesterone followed by clomid. This is my first time taking any of these drugs and I hope that it works the first time as I have seen many postings where for some it has. Has anyone experienced cramps on the first day taking progesterone? How long did it take to get AF on progesterone, so far I have seen between 8-10 days? Well I have gone on long enough. I am delighted to talk others who can relate to what I am going through, so many folks mean well but they just don't understand unless you have been through it. I wish everyone a speedy positive pregnancy test, a happy, healthy pregnancy, and most of all a healthy bundle of joy!
Regards,
Nika
