Diaper rash

My little girl has a diaper rash, i was using pentin on her rash but it wasnt working good so i went and got ihles paste the pharamicist gave me and i went home changed her diaper put some on her and the next time i changed her diaper it looks like it got worse??

what in the world, Should i stop using that paste?

I would use some talc to dry her bum up. Sometimes ointments make it to moist and it just gets worse x

Nappy rash is often just contact dermatitis, but my LO got Thrush a lot which needed different creams to treat effectively
