Diapers. Cloth vs. Disposable

Ikeas cheapest blanket it a pale blue polyester fleece - perfect for cutting up in to liners. I think it is £2.79 or thereabouts!

That;s what I use, I'm sure it was 99p!!! And the poo just drops off it.

Yes I bought one at 99p but it was a special price and they've put it up a tiny bit now :( boooooo, but I can't remember exactly, I thought maybe £1.79.

Wait arrrggghhh, I see my OP I wrote 2.79 - should have gone to specsavers!:dohh:

Cloth diapers all the way! They are so easy, save loads of $ and it does not take that much time. We use a bio degradable liner that we toss. Makes poo clean up easy.

Another cloth nappy user here! Everyone thought I was mad when I said we'd be using cloth nappies on our baby but they've all been won over. We started using a few when she was 2 days old and, by the time she was a couple of weeks old, she was in them full time.
It's an extra wash every couple of days and we use soap nuts and a few drops of essential oil (to make them smell nice) and that works a treat.
We started with a mix of various brands/types, including newborn sized, and soon found the one's we liked. I've sold all her newborn one's, now that they no longer fit, and used the money to buy more pretty ones. :winkwink:
Buying cloth is a bit addictive - that's the only downside I can think of. :haha:

I love matching them to her outfits, especially when it's warm enough for a dress.
