Diarrhea suddenly at 30 weeks?? Worried!

So, I have been the complete opposite my whole pregnancy (more on the constipation side) and all of a sudden starting Monday night I have had diarrhea about 3-4 times a day, No other symptoms, no fever chills, no vomiting..I saw the midwife today and she didn't know, she just said to watch it. but it won't go away. We did have a cookout Saturday for my daughter's bday so I am worried I ate something bad then and I'm worried about listeria and it harming the baby..could this just be a weird pregnancy thing? Or does it sound like a bug? Anyone else had this?

I have a tendency towards loose stools in late pregnancy. My OB did say I could take immodium if needed.

Mhmmm once about a month ago it was so bad I couldn't leave the toilet for even 2 minutes and had to take anti diarrheals and yesterday and today it's been like every 30 minutes. They told me to stop eating and drinking for most the day and see if that helps. And we'll proud to say I had my first meal of the day about an hour ago and am finally feeling okay!

I've been experiencing the same for around 4/5 weeks now. Been for numerous tests at the doctors and they can't find anything out of the ordinary. I mentioned it to MW and she said I'm not the first person to tell her of this symptom in 3rd tri. By far the worst pregnancy symptom I've ever had!

I had that happen with my second pregnancy - absolutely horrible!
Someone mentioned that their Dr told them to eat more fibre.... Which I assumed too much fibre would result in diarrhea - I didn't think not enough fibre would cause that.
Not too sure though - hope you feel better soon!
