Hi ladies,

Just did a forum search for diclegis and couldn't find much, so I wanted to post my experience. At 12+4 my doc has perscribed diclegis to help with (horrible, persistent, mind-numbing) ms. Apparently it's the only drug approved by the FDA for ms as of 2013? I was expecting her to perscribe Zodran, so I was quite surprised.

Anyone out there also taking this? Experiences?

I only took my first dose before bed last night and had my best sleep in 3 months. Apparently drowsiness is a side effect? Excellent! :)

I take this, just in the over the counter form. It's the sleeping aid, unisom and vit b6. They have had it as a RX in Canada for a long time, but I guess they didn't think they would be able to make money in the US because you can just buy otc. It helps me a lot! Although, I have been taking it for about 7 weeks and it doesn't make me tired anymore. It was nice at the beginning. I hope it helps you! The side effects are way less, zofran can be very constipating!
