Did anyone else's virgin internet go off?

Yesterday and the day before Oh got e-mails from virgin one saying

"we will be upgrading your 100gb broadband to 150gb with no extra charge"

The day after

"sorry that last email was sent in error be rest assured new upgrade and better pricing will be here soon we will contact you again in the near future"

Lmao whish I had 100gb broadband in the first place!

they had problems the other day it was soooo slow and the day after that the tv went wrong there crap at the best of times
