Did anyone get a membrane sweep?

I'm 37 weeks and had a
membrane sweep yesterday.
i've had some cramping,
dhiarrhea and nausea and
irregular contractions but
that's it. has anyone else
had one? any successful?
my baby's obviously engaged
but he's posterior would this
make a difference?

I had a sweep done a couple of days before I got induced. I had a bit of cramping but that was about it. Some people do have their bloody show though. I didn't though, I needed the pitocin to get things going.

I had three membrane sweeps. 37 weeks, 38 weeks, and 39 weeks. Had bloody show each time, some contractions, even lost my plug. still ended up being induced at 39 weeks. good luck!
