Did anyone go into labour before scheduled C section?

I'm booked for a c section at exactly 39 weeks, but I keep having this feeling that she will come earlier on her own (hopefully not too early). So I'm wondering if anyone went into labour a few days or a week before scheduled c section.

Yes, I did. My water broke at 37+3 and I dilated to 5 cm. I still had a section, though, since my baby was breech (and had been since the beginning). Is this your first?
