And does it matter?

Our appointment was suppose to be today (baby is 7 weeks) but I'm away from home atm. I called to rebook but nothing till 13th when his 9 weeks. Does it matter when it's done?

NHS website says it's usually done 6-8 weeks

I think my DDs was because they gave me an appointment for 8 weeks and we were on holiday. I'm sure it will be fine, not a lot you can do about it if that's the only appointment they've got.

Ours was 8weeks so he could get his jags at the same time!

I had mine at 8+6 weeks as at my surgery they combine mum check, baby check and 1st imams into one half hour app and that was the first triple slot available after he turned 8 weeks.

Mine was late as our doctors surgery never have appointments available.

Ours were done at like 10 weeks Im sure. Nothing to worry about x

Mine was at several months old. He'd been in and out of hospital before then so we couldn't attend. No one seemed concerned

My doctors surgery is always behind so the "6-8" week checks are routinely done at 9 weeks. They combine it with the first set of immunisations.
