Did anyone use femara & Gonal F for BFP?

Hi Everyone,
Let me start by saying that I know this sort of question has been answered a thousand times, but thanks in advance for your feedback. Just finished my first femara, gonal-f combination cycle with timed intercourse, currently 2DPO. Just wanted to know if anyone has had success with a similar cycle.
If so do you have PCOS? What DPO did you get your BFP? Singleton or multiples? Thanks in advance for your answers! H&H 9 months/Baby Dust to all!

I used gonal F as part of my IVF cycle.
