Question to former BF'ers did you notice ant changes in bubs when you switched.

Today is day 4 of no BF and all is well boobs are fine and she is taking bottles just fine however I have noticed a few things.

More windy, even though using the same bottles for FF is we used for EBM
More poo
More difficult to get off to sleep at night and in the middle of the night.
More alert/cheerfull during awake periods.

Did anyone else notice any differences and did they last, she has always been a really goood sleeper but the last few nights I have had to hold her and rock for a few min to settle her, think she misses the boob and the closeness of BF:cry: makes me feel guilty.

Cant answer your question but wanted to say dont feel guilty 14 weeks is incredable to of breast fed for xx

I agree with littleblonde, 14 weeks is awesome so don't feel guilty. I think I made it to about 12 weeks.

I've noticed that Emms seems more alert and cheerful. Her poos are smellier though, and seem to leak at the front of the nappy! Right where the bloody velcro is!! She seems to have a bit of discomfort when she does a poo too, but she's probably still getting used to formula and I expect that will pass soon.

Jude was the opposite of your bubba,
when i changed him over to bottles he had alot less trapped wind (he used to scream for hours when i bf with wind) he poos alot less smelly now, hes alot more settled and he actually sleeps! lol. x
