Did I already have my surge? Or is it still coming?

I'm so confused. I started taking OPKs CD11, and on CD14 at night it was almost positive. Did I surge in between the two on CD14 that I took? This morning on CD15 I was expecting it to be super positive, but it seems nearly the same or maybe a little lighter. What do you think?
