Did I miscarry?

My period was 2 days late this time, which isn't usual for me. I had what I thought was implantation bleeding a week ago. Some pink when I wiped, only once. There were some symptoms of early pregnancy as well, but I guess that could also be a side effect of Metformin (I have pcos). Anyways, when I urinated this morning, after I stood up, I noticed what looked like a big blood clot in the toilet. It sank to the bottom. I didn't want to stick my hand into the toilet and fish it out. Could that have been a miscarried embryo?

It's honestly hard to tell. Did you take a hpt? Usually miscarriages wind up with lots of cramping and lots of bleeding. HTH.

growing up I had that ALL the time. I had very heavy periods. I was def not pregnant those times.
