did i miscarry?

I was late for my period only by 3 days so I took 3 tests. 2 negative and 1 positive. 2 days later I bleed quite heavy and lasted 7 days and normal for me is only 4 days. I keep getting very bad cramping and feel unwell.

Any one help with this please xx

It could have been a chemical pregnancy. It happens at the same time you would normally get your period and it much heavier. It could also be a heavy period and the one positive you got could have been an evap line. There is really no way to know unless you get bloodwork done to see what it comes back at. If it is above 5, and you can still bleed even if your levels are as high as 50, then you may have had a chemical.
