Did you ever switch back to normal formula after sensitive?

We switched my son from similac advanced to similac sensitive when he was a couple months old. It made a world of difference and he was a completely different baby when we did. I'm just wondering if anyone ever switched their baby back to a regular formula after a bit of time. Or, did you keep them on the sensitive kind until they were a year? I know he's only going to be drinking it for a few more months anyway, so I'll probably just keep him on the sensitive... But thought I would ask, just in case!

Hi.
We switched from cow and gate comfort back to cow and gate 1st milk when DS was around 8 months old. He was on comfort as he had bad wind and vomitted quite a lot. X

Thanks for responding! How did your baby handle the switch back to regular milk?

He was fine with it. Health visitor reccommended changing back at 6 months but I felt he wasn't reasy then as he still got quite bad wind. By 8 months he was vomitting a lot less so I felt comfortable changing back regular formula which is slightly thinner than comfort. I made a straight change rather than mix it and he's stayed on the same level teats. I think he may have had runnier poos for a couple of days but that soon cleared up. He's 11 months now and doing great. I do however still have to burp him after his bottles or else he will get bad trapped wind.

I think around 3 months she was on Gerber Good Start Gentle/Soothe after a recommendation by her pediatrician, but they were upsetting her tummy so I decided to switch to the regular Parent's Choice (Walmart brand) after I saw several ladies on here rave about it, and it worked like a charm. She was one happy baby on it! :) (and it was so much cheaper on our budget)
