When I had my ultrasound a couple of weeks ago, I asked her about the different theories out there, namely the "nub" and "skull" theory.
She basically rolled her eyes, giggled and said the skull theory isn't reliable and she didn't even know what a "nub" was! She asked me, and I had no idea either.

Just wondering if you talked about these theories with the sonographer, and what their reply was!

I asked mine today! She said she had never heard of nub theory (asked me "what's that?") - I don't buy it
