Hey there, just looking for some advice regarding taking supplements. Since having gallbladder attacks starting in november (a few weeks after Isabella was born) then having my GB surgically removed i've lost 3 stone through a very poor diet of protein and sugar.

Ive managed to introduce some foods but a lot are still a no-no, otherwise i am in agony. My teeth are starting to suffer as well. How can i ensure i have the nutrients for a developing baby - thats if i can even get pregnant! Its calcium and vit d im most concerned about. Anyone any ideas?

Coq10 600mg. It's ment to be fantastic for eggs. I'm a pharmacist & all my ivf patients are in it. Also royal jelly and b50. I don't eat as much as I should do my job and baba keep me busy so I go with those.

Perfect, thank you! My SIL is a pharmacist but couldn't ask as I would have to tell her we were ttc. xxx
