Howdy Lovelies :flower:

Our latest SA revealed that we had dropped from 25 million down to a tragic 5 million (lowest normal parameter is 15 million) now this is obviously cause for concern. We have been given 3 months to try and get the results back up or else our FS has indicated we will be ineligible for most treatments :(

Now my poor DH has to take a lot of medication (FS assured us this isn't the cause of reading) which means that he is unable to take any of the over the counter vitamins designed to promote :spermy: health.

This has of course left us with the only option of adjusting his diet in-order to try and get those numbers up! I plan to research and update foods, recipes and guidances for all of us to share and hopefully get those much deserved :bfp:

So my lovelies, who is with me?!

Lycopene

Lycopene is thought to be a super food when it comes to helping with Sperm quality and numbers. Search google and you will be inundated with pages of research that has been done on this clever little antioxidant and its impact on Sperm health.

Google results for Lycopene and Fertility

Below is an alphabetical list of foods high in Lycopene, if anyone else has any to add then please let me know and I will pop them on!
