Dieters - What do you eat?

On an average day, what do you eat and how much are you losing?

Mine:

Breakfast: Handful of cheerios with semi-skimmed milk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Half a sandwich, or some soup
Snack: Carrot sticks, or a banana
Dinner: Lots of veg, small amount of carbs and trying to stick to chicken/fish

Not been dieting long enough to add the losing bit really. I'm still in the first week where it falls off x
 
Mine varies on when I'm working out....

Breakfast: Bowl of porridge with milk, piece of fruit

Snack: couple of wholewheat flatbreads with low fat humous

Lunch: goats cheese salad with lots of veg

Snack: rice cakes with cheese and some fruit

Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs, roast, fajitas....anything I want really! I don't deny myself anything at dinner.

I drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, and two cups of green tea. When I work out I also add a protein shake to the above.

Edit: I'm losing about 2-3lbs a week and having a cheat day once a week where I have whatever I want. Usually a takeaway :lol:
 
slightly different for me hon due to pcos, but losing around 2lb a week so very happy :)

breakfast - special k and skimmed milk
lunch - jacket potato and cottage cheese
snack - options hot choc and or some 0point soup (soup has been brilliant this week! very filling!)
dinner - brown rice and chicken stir fry or something like this, tonight we have pasta in a mushroom sauce with a little chicken. and i use the spray oil for stir fries. and a yoghurt (i like my choc fix :lol:)

mmmm sounds good nic! we love fajita's and big fan of humous too! yep i drink my 2lr as well, its a good tip!
 
Im Doing SW So may today today is going like this:

Breaky : 2 brown toast 2 fried eggs fried in fry light
Dinner : Home made chips, quorn burger & salad
Snack : Apple & Yogurt
Tea: Homemade chilli & Rice

I love SW as i eat loads and still loose weight!! ive been eating food like this all week and lost 3.5lb :)
 
Im not being so strict on myself now ive only got a few lbs left to lose but my usual day looks like this ...

Cup of tea and a fag for breakfast :lol:
Snack is a cereal bar or biscuit
Lunch is usually half a sandwich and a small packet of crisps
Dinner is meat or fish and salad
Snack in the evening is usually a cup of tea and a biscuit or small chocolate of my fancy

Thats tthe normal day when im not at work and tempted by having burger king on my doorstep and smelling the "fumes" all day :rofl:
 
mine varies day to day:

Breakfast, blueberry muffin and fruit/bowl of raisin bran (1 cup) with 1/2 cup skim milk and fruit, sometimes a wrap

Lunch usually a sandwich or salad

Dinner varies really, pasta, potatoes, mac & cheese, steak, chicken, fajitas etc. I just make sure to control my portions :)
 
I can't say I'm a dieter, but I'm deffinatly a "watch-what-you-eat-er" :lol:

My typical day is -

Breakfast: Frest mixed fruit & spinach smoothie
Snacks: Usually raw veg, peppers/carrots/celery etc... and natural cucumber yogurt to dip in :cloud9:
Lunch: Wholegrain bread/pitta/wrap with hommus and salad
Dinner: Homemade veg chilli with brown rice/Vegetable stir-fry/chickpea curry

Mmmmmm salivates :D x
 
Mine varies also.

Brekki - 30g of spec k/speck k bar or lil biscuit bites/toast
dinner - spec k/toast/weight watchers meal/prawns or tuna
snack - yoghurt/bar or biscuits/ww brownie/rusks/sponge fingers/snack-a-jacks
tea - weight watchers meal/chicken/fish/veg

Drinks, not enough. Maybe 1 pint of fluid, if that a day.

averaging 2lb a week.
