On an average day, what do you eat and how much are you losing?
Mine:
Breakfast: Handful of cheerios with semi-skimmed milk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Half a sandwich, or some soup
Snack: Carrot sticks, or a banana
Dinner: Lots of veg, small amount of carbs and trying to stick to chicken/fish
Not been dieting long enough to add the losing bit really. I'm still in the first week where it falls off x
