dieting/weight loss dvds/games for someone in a wheel chair?

well technically my sister isn't in a wheel chair but she damaged her knee so badly last year that she can only walk with the assistance of a walker and can't stand for long periods of time.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd imagine the best way for her to lose weight would be diet control. She cold also lift weights and join in wheelchair sports

Thanks I've been trying to get her to do portion control (she's actually joined up to WW a year ago but never used the tools )

can she swim or do some exercise maybe in the shallow end of the pool with assistance?
