Difference to cycle after HSG?

I had a HSG on the 28th of December and was due for AF the 20th. Only a couple of days late so not too stressed as it may still come but just wondering has anyone had an odd cycle after a HSG?

No point in taking a HPT as just know I'm not pregnant, I've been late before.

Hi my cycle after my HSG was odd too. I had a HSG test back in Sept and my AF showed up 2 or 3 days early (never shows up early) and was the lightest AF I had ever had. Lots of light spotting and really pink. I never spot and it is never a pink color. I only used 2 tampons that period and it only lasted 2 days then went away for 1 day and came back 1 day again. It was very strange. I took multiple hpts but all were negative. So I don't know if it had to do with the HSG or if it was just a fluke.. or what! But the following cycle was back to normal.

Why don't you want to take an hpt?

Thanks for letting me know your experience! Sounds like it could be due to the hcg but heaps of websites are saying its only dye and period is hormones so shouldn't affect it, but who knows !

I'm sick of seeing the one bloody line, I've pretty much accepted that ill never fall pregnant without assistance of some kind so truly doubt I could be pregnant!

Mine was a few days late after my hsg. It's back on track now with all the chinese herbs I take. I'm on a mission to unblock these tubes of mine.

Mine came a few days early at around cd 27 when my cycle is usually 35 days or so xx

It's annoying hey! I still haven't got mine but have sore breasts, cramping etc so I know it's either coming or just one of those annoyingly long cycles!
