I'm going nuts here! I took my temp at 830 this am(8/22) and it spiked 1 degree higher than normal. Well after getting up it dropped back down 1 degree. I thought bbt was supposed to rise after movement. Also a thought, when I took my temp earlier I was sweating. Could that be a factor too? Much help needed please :)
