So I am freaking myself out because I have heard that a sudden loss of symptoms (ie. disappearing morning sickness) could be a sign of mis carriage. I had nausea for about a week, puked once and then all of a sudden yesterday it was gone! I have had no cramping other than a mild twinge here and there if I twist the wrong way trying to get up but then it immediatley goes away and I have had no bleeding but I cant help but wonder is it normal for ms to just disappear?

Yes it is normal. Symptoms come and go. As long as you aren't cramping bad and bleeding I wouldn't worry. You may not have the symptoms come back at all or they may come back with a vengeance! Mine came and went. You learn to enjoy the good days because tomorrow you may feel terrible and on the couch all day again! It's common for them to fluctuate!

I went through that several days ago. I suddenly had more energy and wasn't finding myself tired in the evenings and the nausea cleared up completely. I thought the worst. But it came back in about 48 hours and I almost threw up at the supermarket.

You'll be fine.

My sickness disappeared at 8 weeks and came back at 10.

It's all disappeared again and baby is absolutely fine :)

Thanks everyone...I just wish it was Wednesday! Ill be 8 weeks and am scheduled for my 1st ultra sound!

I was relieved to read your post so thanks! I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and hadn't been feeling too bad, just a bit sicker and tired than normal. 2 nights ago I had a bit of a panic that something was wrong with the baby and since then I've not felt anywhere near as sick and tired. I have ME so sick and tired has been part of my life for so long it's hard to know the difference though!

I feel better that other people's sickness has disappeared around that time, but I won't be getting a scan for at least another 5 weeks so don't think I'll truly relax till then!
