Disappointing baseline scan

Just went for my baseline scan after being on menopur for 5days.i have four huge follicles on the right and about ten small ones elsewhere (my right ovary isn't responding at all) . The big ones are so big they want to bring egg transfer forward by 4 days - not enough time to bring the others up to produce mature eggs, apparently. Has anyone had experience of this but got plenty of mature eggs still? I'm egg sharing so need a minimum of 8. This is my 3rd Round and I've previously had 12 and 11 eggs and never had any left to freeze. I'm absolutely gutted.
