Divorce - yes or no???

Well, I know for a fact that me and my husband are over and I have already booked an appointment with a solicitor but I just don't know if it would be better for me and the kids if we divorced or stayed separated. Do I have more of an advantage by staying his wife or not ? I really don't know what to do for the best .

Well if you are certain you wont be getting back together why would you want to stay married but seperated. What if you met someone else and wanted to marry, you would have to go through it all then anyway.

If it were me and I knew we wouldnt be getting back together, I wouldnt want to stay married. But really this is a decision only you can make. It could be that its all still raw and you want to punish him..

Im going through the same issue at the moment, I still havent decided what to do for the best but I do think I am going to go down the divorce route.
