Dizziness and nearly fainted at work..

Hiya! Currently 11dpo and work on a ward and in theatre. Yesterday at work I felt flushed and a little dizzy...anyway I stood up after sitting and nearly passed out in theatre! Dizziness is not something I ever get really, especially not at work. I had to leave theatre and eat and drink which only helped slightly. Today I feel off and this light headedness remains.. has anyone else experienced this in the TWW? I'm going to test tomorrow with FMU.
