Dizzy, nauseous and headaches every night

I'm 6 months post partum. Just started having some spotting. But for about 2 weeks, as the title says, I've been dizzy nauseous and have a headache every single night. Starts in the evening at like 4 pm and lasts until i fall asleep. Do you think this is hormone related or something else? Anyone else feeling similar? I also just had a stroke in December so i had a recent MRI,CT scan, etc that were all clear so praying it's nothing more serious.

I’m not sure, if you see my thread below I had similar with spotting, headaches and feeling queezy and generally yuk. I was told it was my hormones settling down as I am to 6 months pp. I think because of your history I would definitely get it checked either way just for piece of mind if not anything else x
