dizzyness, tiredness, slight headache?

Just been really tired all week, no matter how much sleep i get, have to nap in the afternoon or evening. Had headache last night, and now tonight again (i never have Headache's ever). Feeling a bit dizzy when I stand up sometimes. I thought my iron levels might be a bit low? So i took some iron pills and some iron rich foods, but now thinking maybe I have high blood pressure? Anyone experienced similar symptoms?
I have midwife appointment on monday.

I would go to your local pharmacy and get your blood pressure checked, if it's higher than normal call your midwife asap.

I've been feeling off this past week with headaches, dizziness and just over all "off" feeling and my midwife has me monitoring my blood pressure.

Thanks for your advice, but pharmacy's are all closed, and its sunday tomorrow, hence they'll be closed. The hosp. is really far away, about an hour on bus, so not willing to go unless its getting much worse. Got an appointment on monday with midwife so hopefully I can wait till then. If it does get any worse I'll give triage a call, thanks.

Good luck Geo I hope it's not high blood pressure. I agree with MrsD, I have been quizzed at every appointment to see if I have had any of those symptoms you mentioned as they had been worried I may develop high blood pressure- which thankfully I have not yet.
Hopefully for you it's a passing phase and you are fine.

At least you have an appointment on Monday If the symptoms get any worse definitely give a call. Until Monday I would say prop your feet up and have a relaxing weekend!
