Do any "other brand teats" fit doctor browns bottles?

We have used Doctor Browns bottles for a few months and found them really good. Chaise was on the SMA staydown (which is quite thick) so we used the Y cut teats and they've worked really well.
But just recently we swapped to SMA follow on which isn't as thick and Chaise has been really really sick. With the Y teat, it comes out way too fast. We think this might be contributing to the amount of wind he's getting, but with the number 3 he screams as its not coming out fast enough!
What I really need is a variflow but Doctor Browns don't seem to do them for some odd reason.
I noticed the other day that a teat out one of his new trainer cups fits (its from wilko but I'm not sure of the brand.) This is a variflow and I put it in the Doctor browns bottle and it was perfect! The only bottle I've given him all week where he wasn't sick! But they don't seem to sell the teats seperatly and don't have anymore of the bottles in stock.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any variflow teats which fit the doctor browns bottles?

I have dr brown and avent bottles and teats and mix and match them as they look the same!
