Do & Don't while breastfeeding

Wondering what you "do"( good thing to do ) and don't while breastfeeding ?
I don't drink, not even a bit of winebecause it makes very sleepy,lol
I used to eat curry all my life, every day, but LO doesn;t like it so i have to cut that off my diet, also any spicy food or food that have chillies in it ( I'm asian and OH is English )

I eat ready brek nearly every morning for the oats (naturally increase supply) and sometimes treat myself to some yummy flapjacks. (Why arent I a size 10 again???)
I try not to drink too much caffene and dont drink alcohol or smoke.
I also feed on demand to keep my milk up.
