do gas pains make you worry or is it just me?

this morning, I had a little freak out because i was having strong pains.. gas pains.. I just think that everytime I have a pain, its going to end like last time.

hi alysedelovely, I am exactly the same. I had some trapped wind the other night and was convinced everything was ending, every little twinge makes me nervous. Its so hard to try and relax but we have to try.

Feeling the same way (16 weeks). Should stop eating weird mixes of things such as half-jar of pickled onions followed by two oranges, then maybe the pains would stop, ha ha.
