I worked night shift last night, so obviously I wasn't sleeping or able to take my temp at the same time as other days.
I normally temp at 6am and my temps are in the low-mid 97's.
When I got home from work I decided to take my temp, just to see. It was 97.1.
I have read other temping instructions that have said that shift workers can take their temp after they have slept. So I woke up at 3pm and took my temp again, 98.1 (which is inline with my afternoon temps on a normal day).

So, should I include the 97.1 in my chart?

I work two night shifts every week for the next 3 weeks, so I'm worried that if I leave temps blank during these days that there won't be enough temp points to figure out ovulation, or I might miss it!
