Do I need to tell tax credits?

My maternity leave finishes tomorrow but I tagged 3 weeks holiday onto the end of it. So from Monday I will be being paid a wage based on my new part time hours.

Do I need to tell tax credits?

I'm not actually back to work until 27 September (my bithday )

If from Monday you are changing wage amount or hours then you should let them know. for going back to work, I went back 2 weeks ago
