I love Frankie SO MUCH for a boy but my aunt has already told EVERYONE she know's not to use the name Frankie (boy) and Olivia (girl) because thats what her next child will be called. I'm totally gutted because I think Frankie is the cutest boys name I have ever heard!!! xxx

I really like Frankie as a nick name but personally I'd go with a more formal name for his passport. There might be situations when he's grown up when he'd like to use a name that isn't quite as cute and playful. How about Franklin (nn Frankie)?
