Do you see two babies? Twins maybe?

Does anyone else see another baby in the ultrasound? I'm also growing so fast much faster than with my first baby

I see one baby and a yolk sac. As for growing faster this time, it's normal. Every pregnancy is different and if you've had a baby already, you will pop sooner. This is my 4th pg and I started showing a full 2 months sooner than I usually do (I'm plus sized with a long torso so my baby bump tends to show up around 6-7 months. This time it was around 5 months.). And at church the other day, there were three of us visiting and we all l had the same bump size. I was 23 weeks, one lady was 18 weeks and the third was 10 weeks.
