Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
You can only ovulate once in a cycle due to the hormones released after ovulation, so it's pretty unlikely that you have ovulated twice. What's more likely is that you had a LH surge (picked up on the opk) but your body didn't quite make it to ovulation. Then a your body tried to ovulate again (the second pos opk), but it was successful. The temp rise after the second dip seems to suggest that the second dip was actually ovulation.
There's no harm in leaving your crosshairs where they are for now. FF might change them at some point or it might not. Just remember when you're at the end of your cycle, that AF probably won't be officially late until two days after FF thinks it is.
There is an upsurge and a down surge from LH,this is why you need to know which is which. Generally you will ovulate sppx 36-48 hours after the upsurge, the first positive, and around 12 hours after the downsurge sets a positive OPK.
