FOB is going to court for residence so this means he wants him full time?? will a court grant that? i mean my house isn't the tidyness but is clean i look after aiden hes got clothes,milk nappies ect. i can't understand 1 min its for contact the next this order? how long dose it take to go to court? im just soo upset cause if he gets him i dunno what i would do aidens my life.

heye hun! no he wont!! calm down hun! there is no way he will be granted that!! no way in hell!! in ireland anyway it takes an awfull lot for a baby to be taken from his mother! he is clean and well looked after so you have nothing to worry about! access would prob be the most he would get! only way he would be takin off you like that permanently is if you are into drugs or neglecting your baby etc....seems like hes just tryin to scare you!! xx

yeah my mum thought that aswell he bullied me into giving him aiden thurs,sat and sun 10-5. but now he gets aiden every thrusday 10-5 and every secound weekend sat10 sun 5. (which is alot as i still think aidens far too young to be away but my lawyer told me he maybe get it at court and i was thinking aiden knows him and that hes been fine comes back clean ect) but i just don't think im being unreasonable he wants aiden everu thrusday and friday 6pm until sun 6pm. xx

NOWAY... Do not worry yourself hun... Why is he even bothering to waste his money? Unless his getting legal aid but I doubt they'd cover that.. Are u sure its not just empty threats? The only thing he'll end up getting is access so don't panic. x

he cant get this he is using this order to bully you into agreeing to more contact its like hes saying oh you better give me the days and hours i want or ill take him of you

yeah everyone keeps telling me that im paranoid if i lose him i dunno what im going to do my whole life is aiden. i dunno why he wants him he didn't even drop aiden off tonight as he was working... so i dunno who will be looking after aiden if he dose get it which i doubt as he knows nothing about aidens routine ect.. xx
