Hi! I'm going to the doctor tomorrow mostly to get a blood test, but to also figure out what's going on. What kind of info should I have ready? I'm a very organized person and I like to be prepared for dr appointments because sometimes I forget things. I've had some odd symptoms so those I have noted. I'm so nervous because I wanna be pg! Any tips?
