Doctors Check Ups

My doctors are absolutely useless and being my first I am fidning it all a bit daunting when they are so unhelpful!

I have been having four weekly check ups but have now reached 28 weeks. When do I start needing more frequent check ups?

I know I need my bloods doing at the hospital twice soon.

It really depends on your area as to when they do more frequent check ups. I started going in every two weeks at 34 weeks and at 36 weeks they started seeing me weekly.

I started seeing the midwife every 3weeks from 28wks then every 2wks from 34wks, it really depends on your area though im sure, because prior to that i only saw the midwife every 8wks i think.

I'm nearly 38 weeks and still on 3 weekly check ups! Thats the NHS for you!!
