doctors on mon what to ask

I have doctors on mon new doctor and i man dont know if that matters
my history
ttc since may 2012 mmc nov before may was ntnp for 3 yrs
Im just curious what tests to push for my cycles were always regular but since mmc ive been getting af 11 dpo and spotting since 7 dpo and one after that af 7 dpo i can make it last with npc and b6 i ovulated early but didnt do cream
