Does anyone have a milkman?

Please can somebody help me,

I need a milk man... How do I go about getting one? I'm completely clueless! I've searched the internet high and low and still can't get any information.

I know we have a milkman on our street as it wakes me up, it comes around 3am so I can't just go outside and talk to him
