Does anyone have Crohn's or Colitis?

I just wondered if anyone had any nutritional advice for treating Crohn's? I was very well with it, in fact I was able to come off all my medication when I was pregnant and then became very ill again when my daughter was about 8 months old. I've had several flare ups since then. I finished me last course of steroids about 5 days ago and straight away it's getting worse again.

I know certain foods upset me - mainly dairy and too much sugar. But I was wondering if there was anything that I might be eating regularly that could be causing me issues without it being obvious?

Also can anyone recommend a book about neutrition in relation to bowel health?
