Hey all, does anyone have a hyundai i20? If so which pram fits in your car?

I have an i20 and am expecting number 3 so the pram will need to go in boot rather than footwell.

Have never been able to have a pram I really wanted with first two for various reasons so I really want to think it through this time!!

Thanks in advance

I have a Babystyle Oyster, which fits lying on its side if I take the parcel shelf out - I can get the chassis and carrycot in, or the chassis with seat unit on in parent facing mode...I haven't tried it in forward-facing mode yet but it folds up shorter and chunkier like that. There's not a lot of room for much else in the boot, I have to be careful packing the car so I can get everything I need in, but I HAD to have the oyster :haha:

Heehee, it was love at first sight ;) What prams are you looking at?

I have a Kia Rio (which looks to be the same size) and got the m&p armadillo with the car seat adapter. Maybe that's more of a "pushchair"? Not sure of the proper terms, I'm in Canada. It fits multiple ways and let's me do grocery shopping, we even got a new lawn mower in the trunk/boot with it. We dont use the shelf either.
I love the armadillo for a bunch of reasons but size was a big factor...and my almost 5 yo can still sit in it if need be. Note it's not the flip, that wasn't out when we bought ours, so I don't know if that fits differently.

Not really sure as there's so many out there! It sounds bit shallow but with my first I had a heavy graco travel system which was free from a friend...very kind but not nice to use.

With my second I had a M&P pliko pramette so I could switch between pram and pushchair without extras so my newborn and toddler could share...It never worked out like that and I wished I'd got proper pram!

I love icandy and silver cross surf and the modern looking ones but they're so big and chunky for my boot!

I currently have baby jogger city mini which fits ok and with parcel shelf still on and room for shopping but it's not great for a newborn

Ah I saw an armadillo for first time the other day. They look nice...I'll have a look at what it's like as a travel system for newborn up. I want one that looks modern, fits in my i20, good basket, easy to fold, steer, lift, comfy for newborn and allows car seat to clip onto frame

Feels like I want the earth!
