Does anyone still make signature graphics?

I'm thinking of retiring my tickers and I'm looking for someone that could make one of those really cool, pretty graphics for me for my signature. I don't have a clue how to make them.

I was looking for a cute little signature graphic that has my kids' names, pictures, and birthdates on it. Or possibly two separate ones - One with my living children's names, pictures, and birthdays and then another for my angel. Either way, just something simple and cute to replace my tickers.
