Does anyone use the iCandy Peach/Pear?

Trying to be organised ive been looking at the vast amounts of tandem prams available for the twins coming my way in the next few months! Ive been looking at a few and ive tried a few out in shops and the ones I love the most are the 2 iCandy prams the Peach and the Pear, slightly different but theyre both lightweigh tandem prams, does anyone have any of them? how are you finding it? what made you pick one over the other if you chose between the two?

Im looking so early as the new peach 2 is out in july and im told theres possibly going to be a huge backlog of orders which could go on for months, and my twinnies are possibly here end oct to mid nov so i need to be organised if thats what i go for!

Aw no one?! boo, Ive been to check them out the last few days, i think i am favouring the Peach, but in the UK the Peach 2 is out this summer which is supposed to be better again so might hold out to see what thats like before i order.

Hi there!

I've got the pear and while it is beautiful and great to push in carseat mode, its gets more difficult when the babies are in the bigger seats. Its pretty heavy and its a pain in the bum getting in and out of the car with so many bits to put together.

I've traded mine in for a 2012 baby jogger city mini which is a side by side and highly rated by other twin mums. I understand you may not want a side by side, I didn't at first but its more practical for us now. You might be absolutely fine with the iCandy.

I don't know anything about the peach other than its slightly lighter but has smaller big seats

We looked at the icandy pear and peach blossom as before I found out it was twins I was really set on the icandy apple. Could I hell take them apart! I know everyone is different but I couldn't manage to dismantle all the pieces. And the frame was very heavy to pick up and put into the boot of the car. We then spotted the bugaboo donkey twin and fell in love. It's the easiest one by far to push/steer and Managed to dismantle it all with one hand. It's soooo practical. And it's only going to cost £100 more than the icandy peach.

We've got our anomaly scan today so if everything is ok we are gunna go ahead and order it

I had the peach but sold it. I adored it, and it was gorgeous, but it had flaws. However the peach 2 all the flaws have been fixed and it's a stunning pram! My twins hated sitting one behind the other so i just had to get rid of it! I reckon you should order the peach 2 though, it looks soooo beautiful. And if or when you want to sell it they really hold their value xx
