Maybe a bit of a silly question, but Google isn't helping me find the answer, so I thought someone here might know!
I think I ovulated about four days ago (first cycle after a miscarriage, so it's a bit hard to tell) and as we're trying again, we obviously tried to, er, catch it in time. Thing is, I've had thrush from some antibiotics my doctor gave me after the miscarriage, and I'd been using Canesten cream and pessaries to treat it, I'd even used some earlier that day before seeing the positive OPK test. I didn't even really think about it until afterwards... but it kind of seems to me that that it can't really be helpful to the sperm. Then again, on the Canesten packet it has a warning that using it can actually reduce the effectiveness of spermicides if you're using them for contraception, so who knows?
Bleh. Basically, should I give up on my hopes for this month and make sure to avoid using it next month, or am I worrying about nothing? Does anyone know? Any stories or information out there?
