Ok I have a post from a few days ago about my gender scan which wasn't very clear however I just noticed that on the side of all of my ultrasounds I have had from my doctor it says LOW. Does that mean that you will have a boy since you are carrying baby low?? If so then my gender scan would be correct I just didn't know if that was always the case or if some people having girls said low as well.

I carried my baby boy high until he dropped recently..I don't think it's right all the time

I carried my son in my ribs,
However this baby (team yellow) has been low from day 1 :)

Not any help really but i find out gender next week, I'm carrying low :)

I have a boy and a girl. My dd I carried low and I looked more (round) everything got wider and she dropped early and stayed very low and engaged. Ds I arrived VERY high and right out front. My bump was always high and sticking out and felt more round and hard. He was floating and didn't engage until my water was broken a week overdue. :-)

I don't know that it means your carrying low when it says that.... My sons said high and I carried him super low. This one says high and I'm carrying high. I think it's to do with the resolution they used maybe?

Thanks everyone for the comments. I had a gender scan done and was told boy but its not a very good quality cant make out the goods. So I have been worried of them telling me later it was a girl (not that I care if it is). This is my first pregnancy and will be excited with whatever gender however I just keep buying boy clothes and stuff and would hate to keep on and it turn out to be the opposite.

Mad_but_glad Thank you.. I had never noticed it until I was looking back at previous ultrasound from early on around 6 weeks or so and they all said low on them so I thought maybe that means I'm carrying low and I could have known the gender all along. Now as I'm starting to show at 16 weeks I have a tiny bump and its low but at first around 6 weeks you don't really show but I could have known it was going to be low since it said that on the ultrasound but now since I know that has nothing to do with how you carry I will get that thought out of my head lol

I carried my son low the entire pregnancy and also in the front. Did not look preggers from the back but the front and side.....whoa lol

You never know though....

My bump was really high with my son and never really dropped. His feet were stuck under my ribs it was agony lol

Thanks! I have had an elective gender scan at 15 weeks and was told boy (baby wasn't cooperating was face down and legs tucked under his bottom) The tech said we are having a boy but the picture I was given wasn't clear so I was trying to find out another way to determine 100% that she was correct and when I was looking at previous ultrasounds they said low and I had heard that carrying low meant boy so I just wanted to see if it was really true. Apparently its not true in all cases lol.
