Does evening primrose oil cause sore breasts? Need to vent about other stuff too...

I started taking evening primrose oil starting cd 1 through cd 14. It worked the first cycle I took by giving me ewcm for the first time in 6 months for a period of 4 days.

Something I noticed though was on cd 5 after my period and while taking these, my boobs got bigger and more sore. My temps go up and down like crazy, and I got the what I thought was "ovulation pain" because I get a really sore abdomen mid cycle, even when I was on the pill...but when I took an ovulation test the strip was a little lighter than the control, leaving me to believe it is negative. I am so upset right now..fertilityfriend can't make sense out of my temps..am I even ovulating?? And even if I'm not, why am I getting the midcycle pain? I swear it is not in my head! I keep feeling it on my right side and toward my lower back. Every single month it is my right side...which is weird because doesn't it alternate sides?

Please somebody help me.

I'm sorry that I can't help you in regards to the evening primrose oil stuff (Because I haven't been brave enough to try it)...do you have a chart that I can see and maybe I can look and try and make sense of it?

I also seem to have a bit of a problem with lack of CM when it matters, so I've been taking cough medicine with guainefesin in it and grapefruit juice, and that seems to have really bumped up my CM this month...we also use a little bit of preseed too.

I can help you on the alternating side bit.

Not necessarily. Some ovaries are more dominant than others and there is no fixed pattern as to which side.

My nipples and breasts have been sore early on this cycle. First cycle I've been taking evening primrose oil and fertiliform-w. Bleh..it's making me not be able to predict my body. So far it looks like I had ovulated early too
