Does EWCM mean ovulation?

I have EWCM pretty regularly around the time when I should be ovulating. Also, most months I feel a pinch that lasts for a day or so on alternating sides where (I think) my ovaries are.

Does this mean I'm ovulating or is possible to have these symptoms along with very regular periods and still have ovulation issues?

EWCM indicated a shift in hormones. This can mean ovulation, AF is coming, some women even get it in pregnancy. Your symptoms could indicate ovulation, or it could not. Sorry, I guess this doesn't clarify much, but it's hard to attribute symptoms to processes! I do think it sounds like you are ovulating around the time you have EWCM and ovulation cramping.

From what I've read and I think I've experienced myself, you ovulate the day EWCM transitions to sticky cm instead.

agreed with northern_me ^^^ I always just think i get ewcm the day before i ovulate
